Originating from world-famous breeder, Darrell Probst who brings us this amazing new Coreopsis that doesn't know when to stop blooming!
Star Cluster forms a a spreading, neat clump of dark green foliage. Early summer bring on hundreds of prolific crisp daisy-like white flowers with a gold button center. Tidy petals have a pencil-thin outline of purple which compliment the dark purple eye.
Plants are tightly packed with lots of branching. Deer leave it along, but butterflies find it irresistible.
As temperatures warm, the purple color dissipates but returns during the cooler days of fall. Plants continue to bloom well into fall without the need for deadheading!
Coreopsis love full sun, good drainage and take the heat & drought effortlessly. Star Cluster has low water needs yet blooms up to 5 months. This sun loving drought proof perennial groundcover will help transform trouble spots in your garden with little effort.

About Coreopsis
Coreopsis are valued for their beautiful long blooming daisy like flowers that attractive butterflies. Easy to grow,Coreopsis Cosmic Eye is a carefree sun loving ground cover that once established, literally thrive on their own. It is hard to overlook this continual bloomer that starts to bloom in early summer and continues well into fall.
Large 2 inch daisy like white flowers are notched with a think line of purple with a purple center that rise about attractive green, thread leaf foliage. Use Coreopsis as a border plant, in containers or for cut flowers.
Introduced by Darrell Probst. Star Cluster Coreopsis is part of the Big Bang Series, which is bred to be hardy in Zone 5. It has proven vigor in the garden and offer dependable blooms without deadheading.
