About Sedum
Sedums have low water and maintenance requirements. They have fleshy stems that are adapted to storing water. Sedum's shallow root system along with minimal water needs make them ideal as a drought proof groundcover, vegetated or green roof, container growing as well as DIY projects.
Sedums are plants for the sun and do well in the driest, most infertile soil. They should have a minimum of 6 hours of bright sunlight a day.
