Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

My plants arrived looking great and they are thriving since planted. I love everything that I have purchased!
Great growth and spread. Very hardy.
I planted a dozen of these last fall under a birch tree where they get lots of sun. They were doing so well I wanted more! They arrived looking fragile and we have a severe drought. So I planted all nine in an old dishpan and watered them regularly. After a month they were ready to go in the ground, where they are thriving. I'm very happy with them.
These are gorgeous! We bought 60 of them last year and just came back to buy 40 more! We planted them at the end of summer last year and they did very well in our harsh New Hampshire climate! We didn't lose a single one of them during the winter. They're all looking lush and green already and it's only the first week in April. See the photo; this is only after one season! GGP packages their plants extremely well and with free shipping, we can really appreciate that! My husband and I are very, very, happy with these. We planted them on a sloped bed area where erosion was a big problem. The plants are still relatively small but are already keeping the erosion at bay! If you're on the fence about buying some of these gorgeous sedum, get them! You won't regret it.
I received my rose less than a week after ordering and it was already tall enough to attach to a trellis. I’ve had one like it before and the fragrance of this rose is amazing. Can’t wait to see it grow more come spring.
