Dead upon arrival, no way of saving them

My lavender was bone dry upon arrival. The roots were all brown. I was so upset since I was so excited to get them.

great service

the plants came perfectly packaged and in good health. i had 4 plants die after planting. i loved how fast i was sent replacements when i mentioned it. when the replacements arrived they were a different type of lavender plant.
