Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

When my plants arrived they looked "sad" so followed their instructions and watered them and kept them in the shade for a couple of days to let them recover from the heat and the transport. But they still died and I can't get any response from the company. I hope I'll get a response so I can give you a 5 star review.

Full of leaves establishing roots
The plants arrived well packaged and in great shape. One was missing from my order and they very promptly replaced it. Several are already blooming. I’ve ordered many plants from them and all are great. Even the few that arrived in bad shape and didn’t make it were promptly refunded, but they were in the minority as all others are great. One of my go to companies for plants!
i bought $122. of plants from you. All the lavander but one was dead. the hummingbird mint and the coneflowers were broken and half dead but so far i think I've managed to save them. I will not be purchasing plants from you again.
