I've been gradually incorporating more native plants into my garden. I ordered 13 inkberry hollies from Great Garden Plants to replace a boxwood hedge. All arrived healthy and looking great. The soil was moist and the shrubs weren't root bound. They're now all tucked in for a long winter's nap. Thank you!
Lovely hosta and very sturdy. Flourishing in the planter I put it in. Charming and lovely form. Great addition to more shady spots in gardens and perfect for planters too.
First, this is my own fault but I thought a quart-sized plant was a plant in a 1 quart container. Nope. It’s in a pint-sized container. Second, the plants were not only small, but seemed overly fragile - so time will tell if these live or die. On sale, the plants turned out to be way more expensive than similar plants (thinking of the roses) I can get from my local HEB grocery store that were much larger and already blooming (specifically the knock out roses).
I feel like I wasted my money and will NEVER do business with this brand again. I’m sure it won’t matter to them or other clients they have, and that’s fine. However, if you’re thinking about buying from this company, make sure it’s all on sale first and know that their 1 quart sized plant is quite small and in a 1 pint container.
I ordered the Shadowland Waterslide Hosta because I liked the colors and shape of its leaves as shown online. I have a few other hostas with various coloring and leaf shape and sizes. I like the variety. This one sipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. It is definitely my new favorite. Even so new an addition to my shade garden, it stands out. I’m looking forward to its continued growth in the coming years. I highly recommend it!

It arrived small but very healthy and has grown quickly. It will be flowering soon. A very beautiful plant.
My plants arrived quickly and in good condition and even though it's October the Echinacea has two small flowers. The true test will be how they do next spring.
The plants were small but healthy. Always hard for me to envision what the plant will look like when delivered. Looking forward to next spring/summer!

They look like healthy plants but two plants were not in their pot roots were totally exposed. All the soil was at the bottom of box
Plants arrived yesterday. I unpackaged immediately. They looked a bit dry so I watered immediately and let them sit overnight. This morning they have their arms raised and are singing praises! Yes, they are small but 1 qt. size will be time to watch them grow and flourish. Will plant in 24 to 48, as per instructions.
In a previous order of three Prairie Dropseed along with three milkweed, the PD was so beautiful that I ordered six more. If possible, the next six were even bigger and more beautiful. My milkweed was a disaster. I ordered three A. Incarnata, but I received two pitiful Incarnata and one robust A. Tuberosa. The Tuberosa is thriving but the Incarnata died with a few days.
I have always wanted perennial ferns now that I have some they will be planted all around my house
The coral bells arrived and looked great. Several days after planting it, I discovered the plant was missing leaves. I suspect it was eaten by deer. I repotted it and placed it on our deck. The leaves are growing back. Thanks for the healthy plant!
Was looking for shrubs that could withstand the Louisiana heat, since my home is pretty much in full sun all day. This little (for now) shrub is showing that it can do just that. I'm very happy with this purchase.
The plants arrived healthy, on time and packaged well. The picture was taken right after unpacking them. Once they got water they perked right up. One is barely hanging on after I planted it in the ground, but the other checked out while in the pot.
This was my first attempt at growing this plant, and I must say this plant has made it easy. I bought 2 and they are growing at different rates but are both gorgeous. Shipment was fast and packaged great as always.
