Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

Hummingbirds are fascinating pollinators who bring their buzzing beauty to the garden every spring and summer when they leave the safety of their nests.Their signature rapid wing activity draws a lot of energy, and they need consistent food sources to keep their energy high.
I ordered the plants in May by the time they shipped them and they arrived at my home it was in July, at which time I was in Hawaii. Since I was not anticipating any deliveries while on my vacation my neighbor did collect my mail and the packages. When I opened the package it was the plants which were dead and dried out. I did attempt to try and bring them back to life but they were already beyond saving. I would not order again unless I am sure that the plants were shipped in a timely manner.

Packageing could have been better. My order was pretty beaten when it arrived. I'm trying to bring life back to the plants not looking to good right now, but hopefully, with a lot of love and care, they will spring back.

I ordered 4 plants, one came in dead. The plants were just stuck in dirt for shipping - there was no established root system. I sent a note to the company and they said to send them pictures. I did not take any so I was out any sort of refund. My word was not enough. I planted the three that were still alive the day after I received them in the mail, they still have done nothing in terms of growth. My local nursery had the very same plant and it was doing very well (hardy, and about 12” tall - I realized I should have bought locally rather then mail order but I did not know).
Very disappointed with my purchase. Will not be buying anything from them again.
