Very disappointed 😞 because no one reached out.

I ordered 30 glamour girl phlox for my landscape bed, a total of $558.70 including the tax of course. I understood the plants would be young and I was okay with that, being young plants I was impressed with the size of them, they arrived healthy and beautiful. I followed the directions closely, being a landscaper for years and taking care of clients landscape I truly understand the importance of filling directions in everything I do. I was hurt and disappointed to see so many plants die, as a landscaper I tried everything to keep them healthy and revive them, but I failed. My landscape beds and my clients landscape beds means a lot to me, I take it very personal. Clients spend alot of money on plants and landscapers service, I treat their yards as if it's my yard. I lost a totally of 18 plants, but yet I'm hoping 🙏 the dead ones somewhere in their root system as a little life that will grow above the soil, it would truly put a smile on my face and heart. I reached out without any response from anyone, this is the really disappointing part. I treat people the way I would like to be treated, if I break it I fix it, the plants are small fir the price but because the company put faith in their stock to put a big price on their plants I figured it was worth the chance to order from them. I understand plants goes through shock, but now I'm shocked. I have other items waiting in my cart to order, but fear 😨 has me on hold. One reviewer stated, going to the stores and see fir yourself what you are buying, that's good advice and the plants cost a little lesser and they are larger than the ones sold online, plus you can go back to the store and get another plant if it should die. Their are many reasons for lost of a plant or plants even landscapers aren't perfect, like doctors, and I understand companies has a staff they must pay and a facility to run and maintain, but all said I would like feedback from the staff, I invested a large sum of cash in their product and out of respect I would like to hear from someone about replacement of the plants lost. I don't encourage others not to buy plants online, because I personally have had great experiences buying plants online. I even but saltwater aquarium fish online with success and lost a few, so you have to do what's best for you. Happy landscaping, gardening and whatever else you do to make your heart smile and to encourage others heart to smile.

Glamour Girl Phlox

I ordered two glamour girl phlox. The plants came in looking healthy. I would rate this a 5, but one of my plants died. It was planted next to the other one, which is thriving, so I am not sure what went wrong. :(
