Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

Say goodbye to your winter blues! With sunny days and warm temperatures on the horizon, we can tell that spring is right around the corner. When you see these flowers, you know spring is in full swing. Here’s a list of our favorite tried-and-true spring-blooming plants to help celebrate the seasonal transition.
I got these to go under my front window. I have them paired with Hellebore, coral bells and some ferns. I feel like they really brought the space together and added needed depth to a narrow space. I will be ordering more!
The plants arrived in a good packaging, however 5 plants were damaged. I did receive a quick reply to my inquiry. I have closely tended to their care and they are slowly recovering.
I can never find unique plants like Jack Frost Brunnera in my area so I have to do a lot of ordering online. I am so thrilled to have found Great Garden Plants this season. This is only my second order with them but after the first time I was convinced that this is a quality company. My plants arrived very well packaged and hydrated. They were nice, large plants and very healthy root systems both times I ordered. All the plants have settled in and are thriving in my gardens. I'm so glad to have found this company. Five stars all the way!!
Nice size plants. Growing well.
Hi purchased jackfrost to try and brighten up an area underneath a redbud tree that was a little hard to Garden In And so far all 6 plants have performed beautifully.
