I ordered three. All arrived trimmed but full of leaves and appear to be healthy. The packaging was secure & there was no damage. I planted and so far seem to be doing well. I can’t wait to see them in full bloom.
The plant arrived with one head and it was mostly dead - nothing left of her now:(
I ordered the quart size so it’s small but full of healthy leaves and there is no damage from shipping. I am planting it in a large pot so I didn’t mind the smaller size. It is still a good value compared to much larger, more established plants.
This plant arrived healthy and full of leaves and buds. It was packaged well and there was no damage to the plant during transit. Some roses I ordered were very tiny and bare. This was a nice surprise. It is doing well in a large pot on my patio.
I ordered two quart size because the gallon size was sold out. They were well packaged but there’s barely any leaves and the stems are still very small and weak. As it is supposed to be a hardy rise, I am hoping they do well. Definitely would have liked to seen more foliage similar to other roses I ordered from Great Gardens.
I have nothing but Great things to say about this garden source. Every item is larger on receipt than from other retailers, and so they take off quickly in my beds. I have not had one plant disappoint me. Communication is Great, speed of shipping is Great, selection is Great, and packaging is phenomenal. The recent Columbine was put in the ground and started immediately producing blooms, which were a beautiful purple color instead of white as marked, but I was thrilled! I will definitely be back next year to buy more products.
I ordered the quart size because the gallon was sold out. It arrived nicely packaged with no damage. It is just very small. There are leaves and I am hoping it grows quickly as many roses do.
The 3 I bought are quite small, but came well-packaged and appear healthy. I'm hoping they're still in the sleep stage, but will soon enter the creep stage and hit the leap stage before I'm too old to see it. So far, I'm impressed by the plants I've ordered.
These plants arrived in terrible shape. I lost one and the other two are struggling
The plants arrived healthy and are now thriving
I have ordered several plants from Great Gardens for my mom and they have all been healthy and bloomed into beautiful plants. Would totally order again.
I ordered 5 plants. The plants are adjusting well. I cut off the leaves that were on the plants originally when I saw new growth coming up. So far so good.
Very impressed with delivery of the health roses. Very well packaged and ready to grow. They settled in with no worries. Haven't seen a lot of growth yet but firmly believe they will take off soon . I loved the first 2 so much I have ordered 2 more .
I ordered this in March 2023 for the Houston area. Absolutely incredible flowers. I don’t know why you discontinued such a fabulous plant! Picture is from 4/26.
The little silver gem is a very special viola and I can’t wait to see if it fills in the spaces and spreads. It’s very pretty with the verigated hosta.
I purchased 2 Shadowland Autumn Frost Hosta. The plants were delivered with a lot of the dirt in the box from the containers. Two plants were on top of each other with the leaves facing each other. The one on top was completely up out of the container lying on its side in the plastic wrapped around the plant. The plants were a lot smaller than expected. I know they were $15/ea but did not expect them to be so small. I could have purchased from the big box store. Totally disappointed in the plant and the condition of the packaging. Will not purchase again. I have ordered many plants online and this was by far the worst delivery.
I planted it like other plants but none of the six I ordered survived. Two died in just 3-4 days. Others are about to die.
I’ve ordered again and again from Great Garden Plants. Their selection of roses is unbelievable and the correct size for me to plant. All of my roses from them are growing!
2 extremely small sprigs in giant pots. Both plants strangulated by plastic wrap around base of plant. I could have gotten better quality plants at my local Lowe's for a lot less money.
Ordered two climbing roses. One established well and this year showed first blossoms - white, that doesnt look like the one I bought. The second plant is still tiny and never bloomed so I do not know what color it is.
The plants were very small and weak. one stem, 2 leaves and barely survived shipping. they are struggling in my garden. Hoping they survive. Not vigorous starts, especially for the price. I expected a substantial plant for the price I paid. These were just a tiny root with single stem coming from it.
Poor packing. Most of the dirt spilled out of containers in shipping. By time I was able to plant, they were sad. Today's shipment was the same. Beat up plants poorly packed.
BIG green healthy plants. I can't wait for them to bloom next season.
