Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

Say goodbye to your winter blues! With sunny days and warm temperatures on the horizon, we can tell that spring is right around the corner. When you see these flowers, you know spring is in full swing. Here’s a list of our favorite tried-and-true spring-blooming plants to help celebrate the seasonal transition.
Purchased two of these in May & they have tripled in size! Didn't get to many flowers this year but do look forward to them flowering more each year! They came package very well & did as instructed & they rooted in quickly & looked amazing with in a month & have just continued to look amazing & healthy now in September! Thank You! :)
I recently purchased several plants from Great Garden Plants — two varieties of pulmonaria (‘Pink-a-Blue’ and ‘Shrimps on the Barbie’). All of the plants were purchased for a great price and arrived in wonderful shape. I really liked the shipment packaging, too, which not only kept the plants neat and protected during shipment, but was also very easy to remove when I was ready to plant the plants. Everything is in the ground now and growing well! Thank you!
I have only received 1 of the 3 plants ordered!!
