Description
Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the plants. This figure is normally given as a range; for example, 3-5’. If you live in a cold climate and/or want plants to fill in more quickly, plan to space at the shorter end of the range. If you live in a warm climate, are on a limited budget, or are willing to wait longer for plants to touch, use the higher end of the range. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing": if you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart:
Unless you are planting in a straight line, as you might for hedges or edging, space your plants in a staggered or zig-zag pattern for a more interesting and naturalistic look:

Plants arrived healthy and are thriving! Customer service follow up has been great. Would definitely consider ordering again. Appreciate company is local to southwest Michigan.
I kind feel I should get a refund... my plants all died within 10 days of being planted. I have the same plants that I planted a few weeks before from a local store, and they are flourishing... I am not sure what the difference is, but unimpressed quite frankly.

Growing well. Healthy. No flowers yet. Figure it may not have any the first season?
I requested my order to be shipped when I knew I would be home. The weather was very hot and I knew the plants would need to be watered and planted quickly. The plants arrived on the 19th and sat in the heat until I arrived home on the 25th. I watered and planted them as soon as I got home, hoping for a miracle. All nine plants are dead despite watering and frequent rain showers.

The first plant they sent me came in the mail dead, so they sent a new one and WOW they truly care because the 2nd one they sent me was so big and healthy! It's currently thriving in my garden! That was really nice and thoughtful of them.
