Soil was secured with plastic sealed with hog ties stapled to the pot and was very difficult to remove. I'd suggest using zip ties around the base of the plant. But the plants arrived well protected and very healthy.
I purchased 2- of these Purple Coral Bell plants. They were a little roughed up when I received them, but bounced back and done well all summer & fall. However, they failed to show any signs of life when Spring arrived. They was listed as my zone hardy, but evidently they weren't.
So pleased with our plants. At first was skeptical that they would grow but they ARE growing and they are a beautiful stunning Yellow. I will be buying more soon as these arrived very well packaged and healthy. Can't ask for more than that.
Received very small, broken, sick plant. I tried to save it, but it wasn't strong enough to survive. I thought maybe it pop back up in the Spring, but was unsuccessful.
The plants were dry and a little abused when they arrived. I watered and planted them and look forward to seeing them grow next year

Is it to much to water every other day. I put a small amount of fertilizer on each plant.
Wow! I have never ordered from Great Garden Plants and was a little betta out the quality but I was BLOWN AWAY!!! The plants that arrived were healthy and full - definitely well cared for AND well packaged through the mail. I would reorder and recommend.
These 3 plants were just delivered so they are unpacked and resting in a no sun outdoor environment. Knowing that all perrenials sleep for the first year, then creep the second and leap the 3rd year, I of course, will not know how well they bloom for awhile. I knew this when I purchased so I was willing to wait. I researched this company, read reviews., did some price checking, etc. Pleased to say that the 3 plants were delivered in fine form and I have every confidence that they will perform as described. Thank you!
5 of 6 were gorgeous when they arrived. One was broken but I thought it might come back. It hasn’t three of 6 took off after planting. Spendy for quart plants with 50% results
I bought three hydrangeas and they arrived healthy and packaged well. They were recently planted and seem to be thriving in their new location. Plants are the size described and strong. The planting directions to ensure their health were helpful. I can’t wait to watch them grow and produce beautiful blooms.

I planted these along with several other plants in a flower bed. Each of the other plants is THRIVING, while every single one of the dianthus have died. What a waste of money and I would recommend others buy their plants elsewhere as I will be doing.
While a few of the plants are trying to make a rebound, most are dead. I planted them all anyway in the hopes of reviving them, but few have sprouted any green. When they arrived, I thought “that can’t be rights, they’re all dried up”….but remained optimistic. I don’t think any will make it. Very disappointing.
I sent you an email immediately concerned the New Dawn rose. I have been babying it, but it's dead. I received a generic email response to send picture etc., which I did. Heard absolutely nothing back.
The Pink Dawn Salvia plants looked nice and healthy when they arrived. One of the main reasons I purchased them is because they were advertised as rabbit resistant. However, they are not. Two days after they were planted I caught rabbits eating the plants and all that was left were little nubs. I am so disappointed that rabbits ruined the plants. I was really looking forward to seeing them grow.
Much smaller than I thought it would be. Reserve my feeling until it grows bigger.
