I'm not sure how to delete or update my other review that says my plant did not make it a year. I do see some life coming from the root base. It really shot up this past week! I am hoping this is a sign of good things to come.
This review pertains to the entire oreder I received. These plants are tiny. I have purchased plants from you in the past and they were bigger and healthier. I understand that the container size is small but these plants really aren’t big enough to be planted in my garden. That being said, I did plant them but I seriously doubt any of them will survive.
Thank you for your feedback! 'Moonbeam' tickseed is fast-growing in the landscape. It’s also surprisingly normal for newly transplanted plants to appear like they aren’t growing. That’s because most of the growth occurs below ground in their first year as they allocate more energy to root development. Once your plant is established, it will start investing more in shoot and flower development. I still have not received my plants

Even with a bad winter storm this year, both plants survived and look amazingly big. Beautiful mint color year round. I just ordered 2 more this spring! Worth buying
This is a very fragrant rose. Planted it last year. It grew 2 feet and kept producing the most beautiful roses all year. Can't wait to see it this year.
I ordered 10 of these plants and when they arrived they were in very bad shape. I added some water and planting soil and after a week 6 are dead and the other 4 look terrible. I expected 10 vibrant healthy plants. I don't want a refund. I want 10 vibrant healthy plants which is what I paid for. I did the research, I know this is a good company, but this delivery fell well short of the standards that this company in known for. I would hope that they will ship me 10 new plants to replace these.
Hello! It is common for plants to experience slight stress from shipping, as they have not experienced their ideal growing conditions at this time. We recommend placing plants in a cool, shaded spot out of direct sunlight for 24-48 hours after unpacking them. This allows them a recovery and acclimation period before planting. If you must hold them longer, place them out of direct sunlight, wind, heat, and cold, and plant as soon as possible. Please email your order number and pictures of your plants to claims@greatgardenplants.com to start the claims process, and we can make sure your plants are on the right track! https://bit.ly/ggp-guarantee

I live in Texas, Zone 8B. Even in 8+ hours of full shade, the primrose will die. It is late March and temperature are already as high as 89F. It seems that only one of my primrose will survive. I am not upset, just disappointed. They are too small and fragile, I should have be more cautions with them. This is PSA to all southern gardeners.
We're sorry you're having trouble with your plants. We do note on the product page that Primula will benefit from dappled sun exposure; afternoon shade is imperative in hot summers. In warm climate, these perennials benefit from more shade. Our team of experienced horticulturists would love to take a closer look! Bought three last June. One is still ok and has buds for spring. One failed to make it past August. The third didn't come back after winter. Disappointed.

They were not a crescendo. Bought 2 last year, 1 was a red and the other was a pink. They did well until the end of the winter with 2 storms. They didn't make it after the winter
